Network-Wide CRN User News

Happy Third Birthday, CRN!

We’ve accomplished a lot in three years!
Thank you for partnering with us to connect people and change lives.
As of this month, we have:

Community Spotlights

The Savings Collaborative

West Mountain Area

The Savings Collaborative (SC) makes it easy for people of color, immigrants, and refugees living on low incomes to save money, build emergency savings accounts, and achieve financial resilience.

Without savings, a health-related work problem is more likely to lead to eviction or missing a home or utility payment – often resulting in cycles of debt and stress. SC’s unique model combines community, technology, and a learning-by-doing educational ethos to mitigate community members’ financial barriers by providing:

  • A no-fee savings club that centers around a motivational multilingual app with digital savings tools designed to close the gap between intention (wanted to save) and action (actually saving)
  • Matched contributions and incentives to accelerate savings growth
  • Bilingual community ambassadors with the lived experience of becoming a saver provide support to make financial management less intimidating throughout the savings journey
  • Professional, personalized financial coaching to support families in reducing debt, improving credit scores, and making financial decisions at critical junctures

Jeremy House

Mesa County Area

Jeremy House is a result-oriented program for men past high school graduation and under 28 years old. They provide training, mentorship, skill development, and a commitment to God’s will for our lives.

We know life isn’t always clear and this is a difficult time to navigate. We want to help. Have you ever questioned what a future career might look like? How about marriage? What does it mean to have positive lifelong friends? What could those look like in your life? Your future can be incredible. Why not you?

Jeremy House is the result of a belief that God is building His kingdom here. We are local faith-based community leaders in the Grand Valley following a call to provide a space for young men to succeed.

Jeremy House is what we hope for the future. We believe in our next generations. We believe they have the creativity, the faith, the smarts, the ability – to build stronger communities around them. This is 100 percent about them.

Through real relationships, we want to empower our young men to lives well-lived. The challenges of today are great. There’s no time to waste. We are all in this together, after all.

Oxford House

The Rocky Mountain state is Home to a vast network of Oxford Houses of which provide an empowering peer-ran atmosphere that supports healthy lifestyle practices and comradery for those seeking long-term recovery. Colorado is a rapidly growing state through replication and expansion of the number of Oxford Houses by demand.  Our mission is to provide housing supported by the Oxford Model throughout all areas of the state for those in need, as well as contribute as a dedicated partner organization in support of unity and strength within the recovery community

Oxford House is a concept in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. In its simplest form, an Oxford House describes a democratically run, self-supporting and drug free home. Parallel to this concept lies the organizational structure of Oxford House, Inc. This publicly supported, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation is the umbrella organization which provides the network connecting all Oxford Houses and allocates resources to duplicate the Oxford House concept where needs arise.  The primary purpose of Oxford House, Inc. is to establish enough self-run, self-supported recovery houses to provide an opportunity for every recovering individual to learn a clean and sober way of life – forever

MCP aims to improve care for beneficiaries by supporting the delivery of advanced primary care services, which are foundational for a high-performing health system. The MCP Model will provide a pathway for primary care clinicians with varying levels of experience in value-based care to gradually adopt prospective, population-based payments while building infrastructure to improve behavioral health and specialty integration and drive equitable access to care. State Medicaid agencies will commit to designing Medicaid programs to align with MCP in key areas.
