The CRN Benefit

Angie Bertrand, Executive Director, Peer 180 RCO

“CRN has really benefited our agency!

First, it gives us the ability to see if our participants have had services or interactions with other entities. This allows us to shorten the learning curve and help them navigate more efficiently. Many of them struggle with resources and now we can assist them in real-time to reduce the burden of walking/busing/driving to other agencies.

Second, CRN facilitates success and encouragement to our clients as they can get their needs met with less frustration and barriers.

As an agency new to CRN, it has opened tools to allow us to co-create a repository of data in one place. The CRN staff has been great in helping us with our idiosyncrasies by moving us forward with organizing and streamlining. We can’t wait to see how else we can use CRN to help us help others!”
